SUSTAINABILITY

RESPONSIBLES BY NATURE

delaoliva demonstrates through its actions an undeniable sensitivity towards the environment, in line with its corporate principles. These values are directly inherited by Mobboli, assimilating the company’s spirit in all processes and actions. We strive to turn social responsibility into an active and innovative task. And part of this responsibility is undoubtedly our responsibility to the environment and to future generations.
This meticulous respect for the environment is not new to delaoliva, which was one of the first furniture and seating manufacturers in Spain to be certified to ISO 9001 quality standards. Our raw materials are carefully selected, sustainable and of the highest quality. Our products enjoy a 5-year guarantee, and we are firmly committed to the continuity of the product and its spare parts in the market for a minimum of 10 years, in order to minimise the use of natural resources.

We also live with the challenge of innovation on a daily basis. The company invests continuously in R&D&I. We have a production plant with state-of-the-art machinery to develop metal and wood structures. In addition, constant research has allowed us to create customised designs for each project and to have an internal design studio made up of highly qualified people who support prestigious designers or design and develop their own models.

Circular economy

At Mobboli SUSTAINABILITY means designing using the company’s own means and resources; minimising waste with the maximum saving of materials, within the concept of circular economy where everything is used and reused. It involves designing and manufacturing contemporary furniture that is durable due to its quality and timelessness, and that will last over time. It involves manufacturing with an internalised process, with minimum intermediaries.

This commitment to the environment is backed by an ISO 14001 certified environmental management system that covers all phases of the production process from design to marketing; it is backed by eco-designed products certified according to ISO 14006; by the life cycle analysis (LCA) of its products in each of their phases from design to the end of their useful life. And with the use of FSC-certified wood from responsibly managed forests, preserving their biodiversity.
