THE SOLIDITY OF KNOW-HOW

The factory is located in Torrejón de Ardoz, an excellent site in the Community of Madrid. There, state-of-the-art machinery develops all types of metal structures: cutting machines, CNC bending machines, welding robots, sheet metal bending machines. A qualified and involved staff allows us to develop and control internally this first phase of the production process.

In addition, the painting section with epoxy booths and high temperature oven allows flexibility of finishes in optimum times, as it does not depend on third parties. The control over the production process is completed with a highly qualified team in Castellón de la Plana, in the Valencian Community, where a sustainable plant is built with cutting-edge machinery for the development of wood.

In the upholstery and assembly facilities, everything starts with an order. Intermediate warehouses for structures and carpentry speed up and personalise production. The flexibility and variety of the colour range on offer is ensured by epoxy powder coating ovens, which meet the highest technical and environmental quality standards. The handmade upholstery process is completed by the assembly process. It is then that the orders are carefully assembled, according to our collection and customer’s personalisation. Prior to dispatch, Mobboli products undergo the most exhaustive quality controls: large capacity warehouses and our own fleet of trucks allow the best delivery times inside and outside the peninsula.
