WRAP-AROUND AND SUSPENDED DESIGN
Aitor G. De Vicuña proposes models that float like clouds. An elevated design of upholstered chairs with a suspended backrest, up in space. Two fixed four-leg models with different backrest heights and a sled moulding, which are complemented by other swivel models. Original and simple lines, timeless, for unmistakable projects.
Its structure describes the same radius as its backrests. Metallic, in oval steel tube and sheet steel, it provides a successful contrast with the upholstery that characterises the collection. The structures can be painted in epoxy, in Mobboli’s wide range of metallic finishes. Comfort is guaranteed thanks to the cantilevered and enveloping backrests, with an ergonomic upholstered seat, curved at the front.
Its attractive backrest, elegantly suspended on the metal structure that supports it, is available in two different heights, depending on the desired distance from the seat: Large, available for fixed and swivel chairs, and Small, designed exclusively for fixed chairs with four legs.
The backrest part is fully upholstered with neatly stitched perimeter seams, allowing the backrest to be upholstered in the same or different upholstery. The upholstery is completely free of glue. The Odei backrests rest on metal sheet metal from the structure itself, painted to define a fine and elegant line of colour in contrast with the upholstery.
Swivel and fixed chairs, with seat and backrest as independent pieces, gracefully supported by the metal structure. The swivel model allows for different lower swivel bases: from the four legs in black, white or grey polypropylene, to the five-spoke base in polished aluminium, with or without wheels and adjustable in height, to the four aluminium blades with chromed gas column for height adjustment.

– BC: Five-spoke aluminium base with 65 mm castors. Available in polished (C) or painted black (N) or white (B). Swivel and height adjustable by means of a black gas cylinder. Optional aluminium base painted in colours from the colour chart, with black gas column.
– GC: Four-spoke flat polished aluminium base Ø 670 mm with sliding stops. Swivel and height adjustable by chromed gas cylinder. Optional base painted in colours from the colour chart, with chrome gas column.
– 4GT: Pyramidal base with four polyamide legs in black (N), white (B) or grey (G) with sliding stops on floor support. Swivel.
– 4GR: Four-leg polyamide pyramid base in black (N) or white (B) with 50mm castors. Swivel.
– AT: Pyramidal base with four aluminium legs in black (N) or white (B) with sliding stops on floor support. Swivel. Optional base painted in colours from the colour chart.
– AR: Pyramidal base with four aluminium legs in black (N) or white (B) with 50 mm castors. Swivel. Option painted base in colours from the sample collection.
